1. How do I know if my workplace qualifies for a free vending machine?

Most workplaces do. The best way to check is to reach out and tell us a little about your site. We look at staff numbers, foot traffic and how your workplace operates. Click the button below and we’ll guide you through it.

2. What do you look for when deciding if a site is suitable?

We look at how many people are onsite, the type of work environment and whether a machine will get regular use. Offices, warehouses, trade sites, schools and gyms are almost always suitable.

3. How long does installation take?

Usually under 30 minutes. We place the machine, load the products and test everything before we leave.

4. What if we already have a vending machine onsite?

If you already have a machine, we can still discuss your options. Some workplaces are locked into agreements, others aren’t. Reach out and we’ll look at your current setup, talk through what you want and help you understand what’s possible.

5. What does the installation process involve?

We deliver the machine, position it, plug it in, stock it and make sure every function works. Once it’s running, your staff can start using it immediately.


Costs & Contracts

6. Is there any cost to install or run the vending machine?

No. Installation, service and maintenance are free. You only pay for what your staff buy.

7. Do we need to sign a long-term contract?

No long-term commitment is required. We keep the process flexible so businesses can use the service without pressure.

8. Are there any hidden fees or service charges?

No. There are no fees, no delivery costs, no refill charges and no call-out charges.


Products & Customisation

9. What products can we have in the machine?

We offer drinks, snacks, treats, ready-to-eat meals, crackers and a range of healthier items. You can tell us what you prefer and we’ll build a mix that suits your workplace.

10. Can we request specific drinks or snacks?

Yes. If your staff have favourites, we can add them. We can also trial new products and rotate the range to keep things fresh.

11. Do you offer healthier options or ready-to-eat meals?

Yes. We supply low-sugar drinks, protein snacks, nut mixes, crackers, light meals and balanced options for workplaces wanting healthier choices.

12. How often do you change or rotate products?

We rotate items based on what sells. If something is popular, we keep it. If something underperforms, we replace it with something better.


Service & Restocking

13. How often do you restock the machine?

We monitor stock levels remotely and restock as soon as required. Most machines are checked daily and topped up frequently.

14. How do you know when products are running low?

Our machines have remote monitoring. We can see stock levels, sales and product movement in real time.

15. What happens if an item gets stuck or someone needs a refund?

If a vend fails, we fix the issue and provide a refund. Staff can contact us directly and we resolve it quickly.

16. Who do we contact if there’s an issue with the machine?

You can call or message us directly. We respond fast, and we handle all maintenance and support.


Payment & Technology

17. Do your machines accept tap-to-pay or mobile wallets?

Yes. All machines accept tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and standard debit or credit cards.

18. Do you still support cash?

Yes. Some machines support cash, but tap-to-pay is the most reliable option and preferred by most workplaces.

19. How reliable are the machines?

Very. They are modern, cashless machines with remote monitoring. If an issue appears, we see it quickly and fix it.

20. Can you adjust the vending machine over time if our needs change?

Yes. We can update the product mix, change stock levels and adjust the range based on how your workplace evolves. If your staff preferences shift, you add new team members or you want different items, we can update the machine quickly. Just reach out and we’ll make the changes.
